“I’m Nate Lyles — a licensed clinical therapist (LICSW) based in Seattle, WA. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy to individuals looking for a space where they can feel understood and supported.
I founded Reclamation Therapy Services to help people reconnect with their strength and begin moving forward in a way that feels right for them. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in respect. I frequently work with survivors of abuse and others carrying the weight of challenging life experiences.
