Transgender Day of Remembrance

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is about honoring the memory of those we’ve lost and to reaffirm our commitment to building a more equitable and compassionate future for everyone. The HHC hosts a candlelit vigil at the Statehouse each year on November 20th dedicated to honoring those individuals.

In light of the harmful bills continuing to be passed, the consistent attacks on the trans community at all levels of government, and our concerns for the future, let's show up to the statehouse together and show South Carolina we are here, we support our trans siblings, and we will continue to fight for this community.
